Synthesis and Performances of Hydrocinnamic Acid Derivatives Containing Alkyl Dihydrazide

In this work, four hydrocinnamic acid derivatives including N, N’ -succinic bis(hydrocinnamic acid) dihydrazide (HASUD), -adipic (HAADD), -sebacic (HASED) and -dodecanedioic (HADOD) were synthesized via two liquid reactions. And then fourier transform infrared spectrometer 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance used to characterize molecular structures of derivatives. Additionally, the orthogonal experiment obtained optimum synthesis process derivatives, maximum yield HASUD, HAADD, HASED HADOD 33.3%, 43.2%, 43.5% 51.9%, respectively. DMol3 was optimize geometric structure obtain frontier orbital energy. Finally, poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) blended using torque rheometer investigate these role in PLLA resin. The resultant from melt-crystallization showed that as heterogeneous nucleating agents could significantly enhance PLLA’s crystallization.
